Here come the Boys

My friend and guru Wendy is running a challenge for boys only called Here come the boys - it is so hard to make a card from scratch with absolutely no inspiration - something Wendy always makes look so easy!! I have ordered some stuff off e-bay to make my Fathers Day Card but made this one from the kids for their 'Pop'.  Im not that pleased with it but its only my second card and am entering it into the challenge even though the other entries are so much better.

First blog card!

Finally set up my blog and this is my first post.  My good friend Mary had a really big week, a wedding and a couple of birthdays and did a lot of hard work to make them all successful.  My very first blog card is a card I made for her as 'Mother of the Bride' wishing her well.  I am glad to say everything went well and the photos are fab.  Well done Mary - she is off to the coast for a few days for a well earned break - hope the sun shows its little face for you.

Am going to be really brave and enter it for my very first challenge at Spoonful of sugar - flower power - its not half as good as the other entries - but a gal gotta start somewhere!! My photography skills need much improving too - but here goes xx
